HE LOVES ME
Thank you for this great service, I had no idea there was such a website.
(Michigan)
I think this service is great. (California)
I really hate second-hand smoke! (Missouri)
I wish that this type of effort was more available for U.S. cities. Austin, TX is a "clean air" city with many strict laws. It spoiled us! (Texas)
This is a valuable site. I commend the creators of this site for providing info on finding smoke-free environments. Two of my grandparents passed due to lung cancer, a result of smoking for a good portion of their lives. I always find it preferable to find a non-smoking environment. I look forward to seeing your site expand. I shall definitely tell my non-smoking friends to check this out. Thank you!! (Florida)
three months smoke free and feelin great (Iowa)
Even sometimes in the 'smoke free' workplace you can't walk up to the door of the place without being bombarded by smoke from the inconsiderates who don't want to walk 30 feet away to protect others. Keep up the good work! (a dr. in California)
Used to smoke a pack and a half per day; been smokefree for just over six years now and never even took a puff. Hoooray for me!! :) (Massachusetts)
I smoked for more than 20 years; my husband for more than 35 years, so quitting was not easy and we now are comfortable in either environment, but knowing what we do now about smoking-related health issues, we prefer to avoid it whenever we can and provide smoke free environments for our 5 children and 10 grandchildren. (Wyoming)
I think your site is just great. I HATE smoke and wish everyone would quit. It makes me very sick because I have systemic lupus and it makes me have a flare up (sick period.) My husband has athasma also, and it is tough for both of us. We can't really go to bars or restaurants or clubs where smoking is acceptable. We had a horrible time last year because the woman in the apartment above us constantly smoked, and it filtered down to our bedroom, where I spend most of the day sleeping due to my illness. I was so sick. We finally got her to agree to smoke outside on her balcony. But that should not be necessary! (Virginia)
This is awesome! I'm a singer and like to avoid smoke at all costs, but I'm also single and that means going places that are smokey from time to time. (Louisiana)
I like to have a casual beer or two and walk out of a bar not smelling like cigarettes. (Florida)
Wonderful site, I am glad you are out there. It will be a great world when it is all smoke-free. I refuse to go to some places because they allow smoking, and I have let the managers know. I wish it made more of a difference, though. (Florida)
I used to smoke...I don't anymore and I feel so much healthier....I'm glad I've quit (California)
Wow, didn't know SmokeFree World existed! I hate smoke filled environments so much that I have almost completely stopped going out to such places as concerts, etc. Absolutely HATE going to restaurants that allow smoking!!! (Florida)
thank you for striving for a smoke-free world!! (Ohio)
I am a former smoker (quit 6 years ago COLD TURKEY) and now can't stand it. (New Jersey)
I will patronize smoke free businesses wherever they are to show my support!!! (Massachusetts)
Great service! (Finland)
...vous pouvez compter sur moi pour poursuivre mes recherches de nouveaux lieux sympatiques, délicieux et non-fumeurs ! (France)
...I need to spread the word at a local bar (Louisiana)

HE LOVES ME NOT
The absolute best(?) "He Loves Me Not" can be viewed in a separate window. Learn the shocking truth - SmokeFreeWorld is staffed by tree-hugging, pantywaist ex-hippies who want to control your mind! Mwahahaha!
When are you zealots going to give people a break! It is a free country and it is a right to be able to smoke a legal product. Your arrogance to individual's freedoms is appalling. What you are doing is criminal - why do you think it is ok to dictate the behavior of others? Your social engineering reminds me of Germany in the 30's. STOP - think about what you are doing!!!!! You are not the only people on this planet - what happened to peaceful co-existence? STOP BULLYING !!!

Can't tell if this is socialism (nazi) or sovietisation (communism-zionism)so I have no concensus. (Wisconsin)
Concentrate on antartica, greenland, lapland, siberia. I believe that people have a right to make up their own minds and not being dictated to what they can and cannot do. (Ontario Canada)
you should persnally try Iran,Iraq
Great site!! Now I know which businesses and restaurants to avoid.

I don't want your'e stinking stickers. As far as I'm concerned, you can put them where your tofu exits and ram them home with a Cuban cigar. (Florida)
OUR CIGARETTES KEEP YOUR TAXES DOWN
SMOKERS HAVE RIGHTS TOO
(Maryland)
Concentrate on: fire places. stoves and camp fires also create smoke ,why don't you dictate to everyone that they all loose their freedoms
comments: I know you do not like my coments but we are loosing more and more freedoms every day. I think smoking should be treated as the addiction that it is. The goverment should not be profiting (re taxes) from there sickness if they must it should be used for cures. It does not make much since to me that they now want to make marrawanna, legal to smoke,so people can get high and drive cars ect. still creating smoke but that is okay but not cigarettes

I am somewhar amused by non-smoking do-gooders telling we smokers that they are concerned for our health. What a silly lie. This is the only country on the planet that makes such an issue of smoking, and they are not concerned for our health but merely wish to control. I wish the alcohol corp. would make as big a fuss. I have yet to hear of someone being killed by a driver that had too much to smoke. In other parts of the world we look very silly to quibble over a non-issue as smoking. By the way, I on;y smoke in the privacy of my home. Does this make you happy? Why? Bib Brother is, indeed, alive and well and watching, isn't he?
SMOKING ONLY Freedom in the free world
comments: This angers me.Our society is totally intolerant. What will be attacked Next?
every body has rights and if they want to smoke you should stay out of it. it it none of your business
INTERESTING
Nice site. Unfortunately I smoke. But for the comfort of those around me who don't i like to choose smoke free places. Thank you. (Ohio)
I'm a smoker who can't stand second-hand smoke (yes, it's true), and I'll go out of my way to accommodate a non-smoker, and even if I'm out dining by myself, I'll go non-smoking, because there's nothing worse than eating smoke, in my opinion. I'll take my cigarettes outside, thank you :-) (New Jersey)
I am a smoker and hate to see people smoking. I wish that it was easier to quit. I have been through all the programs available. One worked for 6 months only and dummy here thought I had a licked and could have an occasional cigarette. 2nd biggest mistake I ever made. (CA)
I appreciate places that are smoke-free, but I get very upset when people stand right outside the doors and smoke so others have to walk past them to get inside. I am very allergic to smoke and am constantly warned by my husband/children when someone is smoking by an entry so I can take a breath and hold it while walking past. It's very aggravating to me to see people so unconcerned about the health and well-being of others just to get their "fix."
(Minnesota)
I do not like the way I smell after being around smokers.I used to smoke a long time ago and cannot believe I put my kids through that. (Kansas)
I hate eating around smokers, and inhaling the smoke that they exhale. It really upsets my stomach (Wisconsin)
Friends don't like to come over because we don't smoke in our home due to my sinus, and are rude when I don't let them smoke here, eventhough I don't expect them not to smoke when I go to their house.
(Indiana)
i have quit smoking approx. 3 months ago and i cannot tolerate being around smokers at all. (Pennsylvania)
three months smoke free and feelin great
(Iowa)
i used to smoke and i urge everyone to stay away from it (Oklahoma)
i smoke but ilove to quit (Ohio)
As a "reformed" smoker, I cannot stand people that are non-courteous smokers (i.e., light up and blow it in your face and never take a drag off the thing; etc.) (Pennsylvania)

SOBERING
I have Cystic Fibrosis so I can't be around smoke...and people just can't understand that...like it is SO hard! (Kentucky)
As a smoker of 40 years, an now a laryngectomee, I can only look at cigarettes and think of the damage done to me and secondhand (Alaska)
My mother-in-law died of emphysema, and the only good that came out of it is, my son will never want to smoke, after seeing her suffer. My mom smokes and it breaks my heart and upsets my son. Smoking kills! (Michigan)
smokeruined my maculas from years of playing in smokefilled bingo halls.had to have laser surgery and am legally blind... (Kentucky)
EVERYONE SHOULD QUIT, I HAD A HEART ATTACK AT 38 DUE TO SMOKING, I NOW HAVE A PACEMAKER AND DEFRIBULATOR IMPLANTED IN MY CHEST. &OT MUCH OF A LIFE NOW. PEOPLE SHOULD THINK ABOUT THE HEART, YOU NEED IT TO STAY ALIVE......
(Rhode Island)
I appreciate what you are doing! I used to smoke and I lost my father to lung cancer, so I wish smoking could be wiped out once and for all! (New Mexico)
I have mixed connective tissue disorder among other things. Smokers don't realize how dangerous it is for someone with auto immune diseases. I ended up with Phenomia after going to an outside BBQ where it seemed everyone but me was smoking. It was awful. (California)
I think It's great that we have people in the world who believe in a smoke free world, I lost my mother to lung cancer and smoking "stinks" she would still be here if it were not for stinky ciggeretts
(NY State)
My husband died a little over three years ago of Small Cell Lung Cancer. He was 37. No one should smoke. (Oregon)
Two members of our family have asthma and smoking is very hard on us! We will avoid it, even if it means we don't get to do as many fun activities. (West Virginia)
Smoking killed my husband (Colorado)
Ionly wish the younger folks out there see what smoking can do to them. I work in a a nursing home and there they will find the answer. some can`t breath right and they are still asking for that ciggie.
(Pennsylvania)
I just buried my son through cancer of the lungs and smoking was the reason. (PA)
Smoking really does harm your health. I had a father who smoked all of his life who died of lung cancer and also my fiance (Virginia)
I work in a Atlantic City casino, & the smoke is awful. (New Jersey)
Smoked for aprox. 30 years. Now in a battle for my life against LUNG CANCER. My new goal in life is to try and persuede people from smoking. Keep up the fight and the site! Thank you. (Ontario Canada)
I can't even take my kids bowling because of the smoke. My son has asthma and is allergic to smoke. It IS a health issue for many. The smokers say there are being decriminated against, but what about those people with health problems, asthma, emphysema, CHF etc.
Are they suppose to stay home? A smoker that has to go outside to smoke or to a designated smoking area, is not missing out on anything, but those that are sick, have to miss out on a lot because of those that do smoke.
(Georgia)
i work at a nursing home, i could hardly believe i am one of the few who don't smoke. i thought people in the health field would watch their health more (Minnesota)
I wish the whole world could truly be smoke free. I am allergic to smoke, and so are my niece and my infant daughter. It is painful for us to inhale smoke. (New Jersey)
The real reason we seek smokefree is due to severe(!) allergies to the nicotine protein found in smoke which brings on nauseousness, breathing difficulties, and headaches. Allergies was not one of your choices in the drop down list. I wish people were more understanding of people who physically cannot tolerate cigarette smoke - it isn't just about not liking it.
