Spring House
3001 Monroe Avenue 586-2300
Restaurant and bar. There is no smoking anywhere inside including the bar! which is why we enjoy it. They have music in the bar as well - a piano player the time we went. Menu had a wide variety of choices and we definitely will go back. Prices were about the same as similar restaurants - this is a nice restaurant - not a family style place.
Tastes of Italy & America
2351 Buffalo Road 585-247-1020
(in front of the Tinseltown movie theatre)
Hi! We've just found a marvelous new smoke-free Italian-American restaurant, and couldn't wait to rush home and share it with you! :*)
Sparkling clean, with the aroma common to non-smoking restaurants --
food! Simple and elegant, with comfortable seating in a number of small
rooms, attentive and personable servers who helped each other out. The food
was interesting, a bit above the norm even for Gates (the Rochester-area
suburb with a strong Italian heritage in which it's located), reasonably
priced, and quite tasty.
