A free program by Michael Alft. Given your quit date, your smoking rate, and the price of a pack of cigarettes, it shows how many cigarettes you haven't smoked & the money you've saved. Given some goal (like buying a new drumkit, or whatever your goal is) it can tell you when you will save the amount necessary. Smoke Free Stats can be downloaded from the site above.

Their focus is on allergy and asthma in general - it includes pollen, environmental pollutants, and anything that stops you taking a full breath. (SmokeFree feels that someone who doesn't respect you enough to stop smoking around you doesn't belong in your home, and it's also a mistake to think that an air filter will completely alleviate the effects of second-hand smoke, but that's another matter.
