April 2006: Arkansas has banned smoking in most indoor public places. Hotels/motels with fewer than 25 rooms, tobacco shops, nursing homes, home-based businesses with fewer than three employees and some bars are exempt.

Note: the Airport Cafe at Springdale Airport is no-smoking. Open till 2pm daily.
